IAPCF (International Association for Performance Coaching & Facilitation) is a not-for-profit professional body headquartered in Singapore, founded for the purpose of raising the standard of coaching and facilitation in sport's mental settings. We serve a global community of coaches, facilitators, and organisations, helping people perform under pressure using evidence-based mental toughness and mental wellness practices.
At the heart of our approach is the PPRR® cycle — Prepare, Perform, Recover, Repeat — a structured, evidence-based framework that helps practitioners and their clients turn high performance into a sustainable pattern, not a path to burnout.
Our membership services offer a medal pathway — from Affiliate to Fellow — as practitioners progress through education, verified practice, and professional contribution.
IAPCF equips its members with the MyZone Mindset (MZM) app — an in-house practitioner tool that automates exercise delivery, profiling, progress tracking, and evidence collection.
